Career Sutras is a private admissions intelligence and strategic advisory firm. We provide data-driven analysis, diagnostics, roadmaps, and advisory relating to educational admissions, counselling processes, and institutional selection across Indian and international pathways.

We are an independent advisory firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any university, examination authority, counselling board, government body, or regulatory authority, including but not limited to JoSAA, CSAB, MCC, NTA, or any IIT, NIT, AIIMS, IIM, or other institution named anywhere on this Platform. All institution names are referenced solely for descriptive and illustrative purposes.

This is a material term of your engagement. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• ◆Admission to any institution depends on numerous factors outside our control, including your own performance, official ranks, seat availability, category and quota rules, counselling decisions, and the policies of the relevant authorities.
• ◆We do not, and cannot, guarantee admission to any specific institution, branch, programme, or seat.
• ◆Our services constitute strategic advisory and analysis only. Any projections, probabilities, or recommendations we provide are informed estimates based on available data, not assurances of any outcome.
• ◆We have no influence over, and make no representation regarding, the decisions of any examination authority, counselling body, or institution.

To engage our services you must be at least 18 years of age, or be represented by a parent or lawful guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The quality of our advisory depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you provide; we are not responsible for advice rendered ineffective by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

Our services are offered across defined tiers, each with its own scope, deliverables, and fee as set out on the Platform. By completing payment for a tier, you confirm that you have read and accepted the scope of that tier.

• ◆Fees are payable in advance through our authorised payment gateways (Cashfree for domestic transactions; Razorpay for international transactions).
• ◆All fees are stated exclusive of, or inclusive of, applicable taxes as indicated at the point of payment, and you are responsible for any taxes, levies, or bank charges applicable to your transaction.
• ◆Certain restricted tiers (including Sovereign Tiers) are available by board approval and prerequisite only, at our sole discretion.

You agree to:

• ◆Engage with the advisory process in good faith and within stipulated timelines.
• ◆Make your own final decisions regarding choice-filling, acceptance, and enrolment. We advise; you decide.
• ◆Independently verify all official deadlines, eligibility criteria, and requirements with the relevant authorities. Official counselling portals and authority notifications always prevail.
• ◆Not rely on our advisory as a substitute for the official rules and instructions of the relevant examination or counselling authority.

All content on the Platform and all materials we prepare for you — including frameworks, methodologies, diagnostics, dossiers, roadmaps, data models, and the “Career Sutras” name and marks — are the exclusive intellectual property of Career Sutras and are protected by applicable law. Materials delivered to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your own admission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or share our proprietary materials with any third party without our prior written consent.

We treat your personal and candidacy information with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Reciprocally, the strategic materials, methodologies, and pricing we share with you are confidential to the Firm, and you agree not to disclose them to competitors or the public.

You agree not to use the Platform unlawfully, to attempt unauthorised access, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest content, or to misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

The Platform and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Information on the Platform is for general guidance and may be updated without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Career Sutras, its founder, and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of admission, opportunity, profit, or expectation, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the total fee actually paid by you for that specific engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Career Sutras and its personnel from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your misuse of our materials or the Platform.

All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution provision below, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from these Terms.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussion by contacting our Grievance Officer. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Pune, Maharashtra, conducted in English.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of the Platform or our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
