Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Career Sutras, we provide elite, highly personalized admission consultancy and strategic academic planning. This policy outlines our terms regarding service cancellations and financial transactions.
1. No Refund Policy for Services Rendered
Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the immediate allocation of our experts' time, intellectual property, and proprietary frameworks, all payments for consultancy tiers are final and non-refundable once a transaction is successfully processed and onboarding materials have been deployed.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule any one-on-one consultation or strategy session. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of that session.
3. Technical Gateway Errors
In the rare event of a duplicate charge or a technical error originating from the payment gateway, clients must report the issue within 3 days of the transaction.
4. Processing Technical Refunds
Once a technical error is verified and a refund is approved by Career Sutras, the gateway will take 5 to 7 business days to process the funds back to your original payment method.
